I've been attending Paola's yoga classes for the last few months and she's been a great teacher. It was difficult to find a yoga class in Tralee that was suitable during pregnancy but Paola was very accommodating and adjusted any yoga poses as necessary. I would highly recommend her classes.
I find Paola's Yoga classes (Thursday mornings) to be engaging, uplifting and dynamic, with the myofascial element providing great opportunities for release of muscle tension. As an instructor Paola is knowledgeable, skilful and professional. Classes are challenging but always within a kind and comfortable atmosphere which caters for body, mind and spirit. Paola is warm, considerate and full of enthusiasm. I always have a smile on my face and a spring in my step after her Yoga classes!
Great variety of fitness and yoga classes available and Paola is a fantastic teacher of both. Lovely peaceful studio and wonderful classes for all levels.
